Terms & Conditions
Order Processing & Production Times
Aussie Pies & Sausages prepares products to order and processes orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand,staffing levels, product availability, and the specific items ordered. While we strive to ship most orders within approximately 7 business days of purchase, processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Carrier Delays
Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays, service interruptions, misdeliveries, weather events, mechanical failures, or other issues caused by shipping carriers.
Dry Ice Shipments
Many of our products are shipped with dry ice. Dry ice naturally evaporates during transit and may not be present upon delivery. Customers should evaluate the condition and temperature of the products rather than the presence of dry ice.
Delivery of Perishable Products
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring that perishable packages are promptly received and brought indoors upon delivery.
Customer Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Refunds, Credits & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds, credits, and replacements are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs.
Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–7 business days, although some financial institutions may require additional time.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun or once an order has shipped.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers who initiate fraudulent, abusive, excessive, or unwarranted chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund claims.
Fair Go Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel future orders, or permanently ban customers who repeatedly abuse our refund policies, make false claims, engage in fraudulent activity, or initiate unwarranted chargebacks, or anyone deemed rudely abusive in their communications.
Right to Refuse Service
Aussie Pies & Sausages reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or terminate customer relationships at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws.
